Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: name, email, password (stored only as a secure hash), email verification status, optional profile picture.
• Profile (optional): company, website, phone number and job title, if you add them.
• Your content: product photos, logos, brand kits, briefs, and the ads and images you generate or edit.
• Billing: your plan, credit balance and credit history, and Lemon Squeezy customer and subscription IDs. Card details are handled by Lemon Squeezy — we never see or store them.
• Technical: IP address and browser type for signed-in sessions, and security logs.
• Fair-use records: to stop free-plan and refund abuse we keep a one-way, keyed hash of your normalised email address and of the network (IP) you claimed free credits from, plus a record of refunds or disputes. These can't be turned back into your email or IP.
• Websites you import: if you import a brand or product from a URL, we fetch that public page to extract details.

How we use it

• To provide the service: create your account, generate and store your ads, track credits, and process plans with Lemon Squeezy (contract).
• To keep the service secure and fair: verify emails, prevent fraud and abuse, rate-limit sign-ups (legitimate interests).
• To send essential emails such as verification, password resets and billing notices (contract). We don't send marketing email without your consent.
• To meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records kept by Lemon Squeezy.

We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use your uploads or ads to train any models.

Who we share it with

We use these service providers, who process data on our behalf and only for the purposes above:

To create an ad, your product photo and brief are processed by the providers above. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers are protected by safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

• Account data, content and designs: until you delete them or your account.
• Credit and billing history: for as long as needed for accounting, tax and dispute purposes.
• Fair-use hashes and refund records: kept after account deletion, so free credits and refunds can't be claimed again by re-registering.
• Session and security records: while the session is active and for a limited time after.

Cookies and local storage

We use a strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage for interface preferences. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Lemon Squeezy's checkout may set its own cookies to process payments securely.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or California law), you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. You can edit your details and delete your account in Account settings, or email support@vizelify.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Vizelify isn't intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We'll post updates here and change the “Last updated” date; significant changes will be announced by email or in the app. See also our Terms of Service.
