Terms of Service

1. Payments and Lemon Squeezy

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, tax, invoices and refunds. When you buy a plan, Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms also apply to that purchase, and the charge appears on your statement under Lemon Squeezy's name.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and give accurate details.
• One person may hold one free account. Creating extra accounts to obtain more free credits isn't allowed.
• Keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from Account settings.

3. Plans and credits

• Credits. One credit makes one finished ad image; an image edit also uses one credit. Copy suggestions, background removal, brand import and design review don't use credits. If a render fails, its credit is returned automatically.
• Free plan. Verified accounts receive 2 credits once. Free images carry a “Made with Vizelify” mark, are limited to one image per run, and may not be used commercially.
• Paid plans. A paid plan includes a set number of credits each billing month. Unused monthly credits don't roll over. Credit packs, when offered, are valid for 12 months and are used after monthly credits.
• Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred, and are removed if the payment that granted them is refunded or reversed.

4. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

• Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Prices are shown on our pricing page; taxes are added at checkout.
• You can cancel any time under Plans & credits → Manage subscription, or through the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan.
• We may change prices for future billing periods; we'll tell you in advance and you can cancel before the change applies.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Your content and generated ads

• You keep ownership of what you upload (product photos, logos, brand details). You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you.
• Subject to these Terms and your plan, you may use the ads you generate for any lawful purpose, including commercially on a paid plan. Automatically created images and copy can be similar for different users and may not be protected by copyright in every country.
• You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, and that your ads won't infringe anyone's rights or mislead customers. Review your ads before publishing them.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Vizelify to:

• create illegal, deceptive, hateful, sexual or violent content, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
• advertise products that are illegal, or make false health, financial or other claims;
• impersonate people or brands you aren't authorised to represent;
• alter or fabricate receipts, invoices, IDs, certificates, bank statements or any other official or financial document;
• remove watermarks, logos or copyright notices from images you don't own;
• abuse the service — e.g. bypass credit or plan limits, create accounts in bulk, scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload it;
• obtain refunds or chargebacks fraudulently.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

7. Third-party service providers

Some features, such as scene backdrops, copy suggestions and image edits, rely on third-party processing providers. The service depends on these providers and we may change which ones we use. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is shared with them.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Vizelify available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features. If we stop offering a paid plan, you'll keep it until the end of your current billing period.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for how you use generated ads. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using Vizelify and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or in cases of fraud or payment disputes. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as liability limits) continue to apply.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect; continuing to use the service means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply where Vizelify operates. This doesn't take away the protection of mandatory consumer laws in the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts where those laws allow it.
