7. Service Availability

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vizelify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
